Contract role for a Chief Mate with Aramco Approval on an OSV DP2 vessel in Saudi Arabia. The Chief Mate will assist the Master in operations, navigation, and safety, supervise the deck crew, manage cargo operations, oversee maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement safety protocols. The role also requires coordination with other departments to support efficient vessel operations. Requirements include certification and experience as a Chief Mate, Aramco Approval and familiarity with Aramco procedures, strong leadership and management skills, proficiency in navigation and safety protocols, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in Saudi Arabia, experience in DP operation of vessels, particularly with DP2 or DP3 systems, and knowledge of regulatory compliance standards. USD 400 per day. Fixed rotation schedule of 2 months on, 2 months off.
