Permanent full-time role for a degree-qualified Operational Drilling SME to support SPS maintenance planning and project readiness. Scope includes maintenance planning and scheduling, PM tasks, work instructions and technical documentation, asset data review, risk assessments and criticality analysis, WBS and SOW preparation, procurement support, OEM PIB reviews, and local personnel training. Requirements include an engineering or technical degree, a strong drilling operations background, experience with structured maintenance planning and reporting, and the ability to coordinate across Ops, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and QHSE.
