Altrad Sparrows is seeking a Crane Operator Mechanic for offshore work in the UK. The role involves operation and maintenance of platform pedestal cranes, equipment integrity checks, routine maintenance, breakdown support, servicing, and lubrication of mechanical handling equipment in line with planned preventative maintenance routines and manufacturer manuals/service charts. The position is a permanent core crew/resident contract on a 3/3 rota with 3 positions available. Required certificates include valid offshore certificates, Sparrows Stage 3 Crane Operator or equivalent, and a recognised trade apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance or equivalent. Candidates must be based in the UK and have the right to work there.
