About the role
Northern Marine Group is seeking a Crew Strategy Manager in Glasgow for a permanent role reporting to the Head of Marine Personnel - Operations. The role focuses on developing and delivering long-term crewing strategy and global seafarer pipelines, including workforce planning, crew-demand forecasting, pipeline management, alignment of crewing capacity with fleet and client requirements, management of CBA agreements and seafarer employment agreements, stakeholder and agency relations, crew budget forecasting, crewing support for bids and new contracts, KPI and data-led decision-making, and labour supply risk assessment. The position requires extensive maritime crewing experience, strong knowledge of MLC, ISM and STCW, and proven leadership, analytical, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills. The business operates on-site five days per week with hybrid working available after probation, depending on business needs.
