About the role
Northern Marine Group is seeking a Crew Strategy Manager in Glasgow. The role will lead the development and delivery of the company’s long-term crewing strategy and global seafarer pipelines. Responsibilities include workforce planning, crew-demand forecasting, managing crew budgets, supporting bids and tenders, maintaining relationships with crewing agencies, training providers, flag states, clients and regulators, and using KPIs and data analytics to support strategic decisions. The position requires extensive maritime crewing experience, strong knowledge of MLC, ISM and STCW, stakeholder management, leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a global, multicultural environment. The business operates an in-office presence five days per week, with hybrid working available after probation, up to twice a week.
