Marine Technical Assurance Superintendent role for an international energy and chemicals business in Belgium. The position requires a Chief Engineer or experienced Technical Superintendent with strong technical and engine expertise to support marine assurance activities including vessel vetting, terminal interface assurance, audits, incident response, and operational risk management. The successful candidate will serve as a technical authority on vessel, operator, and terminal suitability for global trading and production activities, working closely with shipowners, managers, and internal stakeholders. Senior seagoing experience on LPG/gas or chemical tankers is preferred, as well as shore-based experience in a tanker or gas carrier technical superintendent role. The role offers exposure to gas, petrochemicals, alternative fuels, marine infrastructure, deep-sea tankers, gas carriers, inland barges, terminals, and offshore/project vessels.
