Requirements include Chief Engineer background with substantial shore-based experience as a Technical Superintendent, Docking Superintendent, or comparable technical role, plus extensive VLCC dry-docking and repair experience, shipyard evaluation, commercial negotiation support, and management of repair progress, quality, cost control, and survey coordination.
