Transport & Installation Manager/Engineer d/f/m - Foundations for RWE Renewables Japan G.K. Full-time, permanent role supporting offshore wind projects across all lifecycle stages. Responsibilities include preparing foundation installation contracts and technical specifications, evaluating transport and installation technologies, developing optimized installation concepts, managing T&I contracts and contractor performance, and leading planning and execution of foundation transport and installation activities including marshalling port operations, offshore installation, and handovers. The role also involves reviewing installation documentation, managing interfaces with authorities and stakeholders, and supporting innovation initiatives. Degree in a related discipline and experience in offshore wind farm development or construction, offshore foundation installation, construction logistics, offshore construction contracts, and vessel chartering are required. English fluency is required; Japanese language skills are highly desirable.
