Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a reputable shipping company seeking a Product Owner to join the team in Singapore. Responsibilities include gathering and translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications; defining and managing product roadmaps and backlogs; driving business transformation initiatives; collaborating with cross-functional teams; managing project scope, timelines, dependencies, and governance; leading UAT; identifying workflow improvements; driving product adoption; and monitoring product performance and business outcomes. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline; at least 5 years of experience managing complex Agile/Scrum software projects, preferably within the container shipping industry; strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum; mandatory CSPO certification; and strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. The position is open to locals only.
