Senior Project Manager role for a major £200 million compressor station project in Wormington, Gloucestershire, for a natural gas client. The project is in pre-construction, with construction planned to start in spring and continue into 2030. The role involves leading a multidisciplinary team of 12–20 staff, including 5–6 direct reports, and working with the client, subcontractors, and supply chain. Responsibilities include managing safety, programme, cost, quality, risk, opportunity, change, reporting, forecasting, and project governance across pre-construction, construction, and commissioning. The position requires extensive experience in delivering high-value, complex projects, particularly in heavy civils, process industries, or process plant environments, along with strong commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management skills. The role is hybrid and multi-site, with around 4 days per week on site in Wormington during delivery.
