About the role
Shipping Executive role based in Singapore with an established maritime organisation. The position covers vessel registration, marine insurance and claims, ship management documentation, Flag and statutory documentation, and BIMCO SHIPMAN agreements, mortgages, bareboat charter requirements, and vessel sale and purchase documentation. The role involves working with Owners, Flag States, insurers, brokers, lawyers, and internal technical and crewing teams. Candidates should have experience in vessel registration and/or marine insurance claims handling, strong knowledge of H&M, P&I, FD&D, ship registries and Flag State documentation, and familiarity with vessel takeovers, ship mortgages, bareboat chartering, and sale and purchase documentation. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required. Current Singapore-based candidates only.
