About the role
Senior Project Manager for a major offshore wind project based in the United Kingdom. The role is part of the Project Leadership Team and reports to the Development Project Lead. It is responsible for leading a large, multi-discipline team delivering preparatory works including HSE management, engineering, procurement, and project management to prepare the project for the Construction Phase at Final Investment Decision. The team will also provide technical and commercial input for business cases and value optimisation activities. Requirements include proven leadership of large, multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural project teams, experience delivering offshore construction projects safely to quality, schedule, and cost expectations, knowledge of cross-disciplinary coordination, and the ability to manage construction and support contracts effectively. A degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent science/numerate qualification is required, and project management accreditation would be advantageous.
