About the role
RWE Offshore Wind GmbH is hiring a working student for the Visiting Consultant HR Strategy role within its international HR Strategic Initiative Team. The position supports strategic HR topics and business-critical initiatives for the global offshore renewables business, including planning and running meetings and workshops and preparing concepts and presentations for stakeholders. The role is part-time, fixed-term, for 6-12 months with up to 20 hours per week. Applicants should be enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program, have initial experience in HR strategy, consulting, process improvement or lean management, and bring strong German and English skills plus advanced MS Office knowledge.
