RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a highly driven and experienced Wind Turbine Engineering Leader to lead a team of turbine engineers supporting its growing onshore wind portfolio across the Americas. The role involves resolving complex technical challenges, improving fleet reliability, and driving performance across the turbine lifecycle, from commissioning and handover through long-term operations. Responsibilities include leading troubleshooting and failure investigations, overseeing root cause analyses, developing corrective actions, partnering with operations and field teams, and establishing engineering best practices and technical standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, at least 7 years of experience in wind energy, power generation, or a closely related industry, and proven experience leading engineering teams. The work environment is primarily office-based in a hybrid arrangement with some travel to wind sites and field operations.
