Year in Industry Engineering Management role with RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. Full-time fixed-term placement for 12 months starting in July 2027, offered in a hybrid model with 3 days per week onsite in Swindon, London, or Coventry. The role is within RWE Offshore Wind and focuses on engineering management for offshore wind farm development and construction. Responsibilities include gaining practical insight into engineering activities, building project management experience, coordinating technical interfaces, supporting safety in design and operation, taking ownership of defined tasks, applying problem-solving skills, contributing to technical optimisation, and supporting risk management. Candidates should be studying an engineering or science-based discipline, be eligible for a year in industry placement, and have strong communication, organisation, teamwork, and deadline-management skills. Travel to other UK sites may be required. The role may require National Security Vetting to SC level. Training includes a Global Wind Organisation certificate, Wind Turbine Safety Rules training, and in-house technical training.
