About the role
2nd Officer required for an AHTS vessel currently at anchorage in Fujairah, UAE. Trading area: UAE/Strait of Hormuz. Boarding date: after 20th of Sep. Contract duration: 8 weeks on/off. Salary: 400 EUR per day. Requirements: minimum 12 months' experience as 2nd Officer on AHTS vessels, strong experience in open-sea towing operations with at least 2–3 towage operations, valid STCW certificates, valid Liberian endorsement/certificates and Seaman’s Book preferred, good command of English, and willingness to operate in the Strait of Hormuz including conflict/high-risk area operations.
