Marine & HSEQ Manager, DPA in Singapore. Senior shore-based leadership role across marine operations, HSEQ and fleet assurance. Responsibilities include vessel safety, compliance, audits, investigations, regulatory readiness and continuous improvement across a dry fleet, working with Masters, shore teams and senior management to strengthen marine standards, manage operational risk and ensure corrective actions are closed out. Requirements include Master Mariner with managerial experience and substantial shore-based exposure across marine operations and HSEQ/marine assurance, proven DPA experience, strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, audits, investigations and corrective action management, experience managing dry fleets such as bulk carriers, MPP vessels and/or container ships, and a strong background in fleet safety, compliance, incident management, regulatory inspections and marine operational risk.
