Contract Manager – SMA for a major offshore wind project in Germany. Responsibilities include supporting WTG TSA / SMA and leading the tender for an O&M Service Provider; preparing, negotiating, and implementing contracts such as FIDIC, BIMCO, IMCA, and BGB-based agreements; providing input into contractual and commercial tender evaluations; driving commercial solutions and leading negotiations with international counterparties; preparing a due date calendar and anti-claims prevention strategy; liaising between legal and technical advisors; contributing to other packages and workstreams, including smaller offshore wind development contracts and procurement/implementation such as environmental studies; contributing to and leading management presentations; and working closely with Project Management and external package managers. Requirements include a post-graduate university degree with above-average results, at least 5 years of project or contract management experience in the renewable energy sector, and experience in offshore wind development, construction, operations, and contract negotiations covering WTG, foundations, cables, T&I, and/or supply.
