Kistenmaker / Exportverpakker for a company in Sliedrecht, near the Dordrecht area, within Port & Logistics. The company provides custom solutions for export and industrial packaging, including secure sea-fastening of cargo. The role involves making crates for freight and packaging export products in various materials, sizes, and shapes. You will work with general cargo transported in open top containers, on flat racks, or aboard seagoing vessels. Responsibilities include crating and packaging, working with different transport materials, ensuring safe and correct cargo handling, and collaborating with colleagues. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; experience in port, logistics, scaffolding, or construction is a plus. Minimum availability is 4 days per week, with occasional evening or weekend work. A valid B driving license is required. Salary is between €2700 and €3300, with a 6-month contract and possibility of permanent employment, plus internal and external training.
