Year in Industry Operations & Maintenance Commercial Modelling role with RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. Full-time, fixed-term 12-month placement starting in July 2027. The role is part of RWE Offshore Wind's Operations business function, focused on Operations & Maintenance Modelling Development. Work includes supporting high-quality modelling and analytical work for offshore wind projects, developing modelling tools and techniques, contributing to project development and operational decision-making, and leading a development project to enhance or create a model. The position is hybrid, with three onsite days per week in London or Swindon, including one day in Swindon. The role is suited to an enrolled student in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar analytical discipline with strong Python skills and good communication, organisation, and teamwork abilities. Experience with Excel, VBA, HTML, and Microsoft Azure is advantageous. The role may require National Security Vetting to SC level and applicants must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years. Training includes a Global Wind Organisation certificate, Wind Turbine Safety Rules training, and in-house technical training.
