Senior PMO Officer for a major offshore wind project in the Netherlands. Responsibilities include setting up and overseeing project planning, milestone dates, programme interdependencies and risk assessments; monitoring project deliverables and managing project documentation; setting up and analysing capacity and resource allocation; ensuring progress reporting and proactively identifying risks and issues; preparing communication to inform and engage stakeholders, the project team and the steering committee; and preparing and organising relevant meetings. Requirements include higher professional education, preferably in engineering, finance or business administration; at least 5 years of experience in project support within a project management environment; strong liaison skills for portfolio, programme and project managers, business stakeholders, the IT organization and suppliers; and certification in Prince2, IPMA-D or equivalent.
