Team Leader (2nd Officer / 3rd Officer) for a permanently stationed non-trading storage vessel in Norway, formerly a chemical tanker and operating alongside the quay. The role involves cargo handling and operations, tank cleaning, cargo-related equipment oversight, ballast and de-ballast operations, safety and anti-pollution drills, coordination with arriving vessels, and supervision of a 4-person crew per shift. The position requires previous tanker experience, practical knowledge of cargo operations, vessel stability calculations, supervisory experience, and good English and computer skills. Rotation is 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off.
