RWE Americas, LLC is hiring a Security Architecture Engineer II for its OT Security team. The role focuses on designing and maintaining standards-based OT security architecture and controls across grid-scale generation sites, including wind, solar, battery storage, and natural gas-powered generation. Responsibilities include owning the OT security toolset, maintaining secure baselines and reference architectures, onboarding logs and telemetry into monitoring platforms, performing OT risk assessments and vulnerability management, leading incident investigation and root-cause analysis, defining access controls and secure remote access, embedding security requirements into projects and procurement, supporting cross-functional teams, producing runbooks and guidance, mentoring team members, and supporting compliance and audit activity. This is an office-based role with some travel.
