The role oversees overall culinary operations and maintains high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all galley outlets onboard. Responsibilities include leading a multinational galley team, ensuring delivery of high-end cuisine across multiple outlets, maintaining compliance with USPH and HACCP standards, collaborating with onboard departments, and overseeing ordering, inventory control, and cost management. Requirements include extensive experience as an Executive Chef on a premium or luxury cruise line or shore-based establishment, proven ability to manage large teams in a high-volume fine-dining environment, strong understanding of USPH and food safety standards, and excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. The contract is 4 months on / 2 months off, with a salary of $11000 per month worked onboard.
