About the role
Motorman required to join a self-discharging dry cargo vessel (m/v Norbris, DWT 5500, Flag NIS, Built 2002). Trading area: Norway, Baltic, North Sea. Boarding date approximately 2026-11-10. Contract duration is 7 weeks for the first contract, then fixed rota 6/6 weeks. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Requirements include sea service in the rank of Motorman/Oiler, preferably on smaller cargo ships; practical ballast experience with pumps, valves, tank sequence, and working with the bridge during cargo operations; BWTS experience is a plus, especially electrolysis type systems; STCW III/4 or III/5; full basic safety and valid medical; communicative English. Welding and fitter skills are welcome.
