About the role

Faststream is partnering with a global energy company that is transforming access to cleaner, more reliable energy through floating LNG infrastructure and integrated power solutions. They are seeking a Senior Engineer - Power Generation to provide technical expertise across the development, execution and ongoing support of power generation assets. The role involves technical leadership across power generation projects, supporting engineering design, project execution and operational performance, including reciprocating engine and gas turbine power plants, LNG-to-Power and conventional power generation projects. Responsibilities include reviewing engineering calculations, equipment specifications and vendor documentation; participating in FEED studies, detailed engineering and technical evaluations; supporting commissioning, troubleshooting and performance optimization; carrying out technical assessments, root cause investigations and reliability improvements; and providing technical input into equipment selection, procurement activities and contractor management. Travel to project sites and operating facilities is required. US Citizenship or US Green Card is required as no sponsorship is available.
