UTM Consultants are seeking a Permit to Work Coordinator for a client's HSE team on the Liverpool Bay decommissioning and carbon capture project. The role involves managing and monitoring PTW systems, coordinating permit processes, identifying conflicting work tasks, chairing daily PTW coordination meetings, issuing and authorising permits, monitoring active permits, managing close-outs, maintaining the permit register, and auditing compliance. Responsibilities include assessing permit requests, conducting site walkthroughs, coordinating with area authorities and contractors, and maintaining oversight of site activities to support effective permit control and simultaneous operations. Requirements include proven experience as a PTW Officer or similar within the Oil & Gas industry. Contractor position, full-time 5.5 days per week, outside IR35. Location: Talacre, North Wales. Start date: 1st December 2026 or as soon as a successful candidate is identified. Duration: 96 weeks.
