About the role
Experienced Ship Manager needed to support the technical management of a Ro-Pax fleet. Responsibilities include vessel operation, maintenance, repair, budget management, dry-dock and upgrade planning, day-to-day technical management, safety management, crewing support, and environmental monitoring and control. Requirements include a certificate of competency as 2nd Engineer or higher, sea time as Chief Engineer preferred, experience with Ro-Ro/Ro-Pax or HSC, prior Technical Superintendent or Ship Manager experience, strong marine engineering knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, understanding of maritime regulations and safety standards, proficiency with fleet management software, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Hybrid role based in Dublin, with work eligibility in the UK or Ireland required.
