Experienced Construction Manager sought to support delivery of a large-scale Solar PV project in County Tipperary, Ireland. The role is with an established renewable energy developer and asset owner with a growing portfolio of Solar PV projects across Ireland. Key responsibilities include overseeing site activities and contractor performance, managing project delivery against programme, quality and HSE requirements, coordinating civil and electrical construction activities, monitoring progress and risks, ensuring works comply with approved designs and specifications, resolving construction issues, and supporting the project through construction, completion, commissioning and handover. Requirements include prior Construction Management experience within renewable energy, with either civil or electrical bias considered if the wider project scope has been managed, strong understanding of construction programme, quality and HSE management, experience managing EPC contractors or multiple subcontractor interfaces, and the ability to operate independently and take ownership of site delivery. Contract details include a 12-month contract, potential mobilisation from late 2026 / early 2027, and approximately 4 days per week on site in County Tipperary, Ireland. Potential for further opportunities across a growing Irish project pipeline.
