About the role
RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Manager, HSSE Operations & Project Execution to lead health, safety, security, and environmental support for an assigned region covering development projects, active construction sites, and operating assets. The role manages direct reports, implements HSSE management systems and programs, supports compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements, and works with Operations and Project Execution teams on KPIs, investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA, audits, inspections, and performance reporting. The position requires frequent travel within the assigned region and a primarily field-based work environment with significant on-site presence. The ideal candidate has a degree in Occupational Health, Construction Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field, along with significant HSSE experience in wind, solar, or battery power generation facilities and experience managing HSSE professionals. Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, safety regulations, and industrial safety principles is required.
