Requirements include ADNOC-approved HSE Officer status, relevant HSE experience in Oil & Gas projects, strong knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessments, PTW systems, inspections, and safe work practices, as well as familiarity with UAE HSE requirements and international industry standards. The role involves site inspections, toolbox talks, safety meetings, HSE awareness programs, hazard identification, corrective actions, and follow-up on closeout. Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and teamwork skills are required. UAE-based candidates are preferred.
