Sr Engineer I, Electrical Projects responsible for overseeing electrical systems design for onshore wind, solar, and storage projects in development. Responsibilities include balance of plant design, project support through pre-construction, construction, and turnover to Operations, grid code compliance and interconnection requirements, equipment specification and evaluation, power system modeling and studies, coordination of engineering topics and consultants, and support for electrical engineering standards. Requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent and at least 6 years of post-undergraduate electrical engineering experience. Experience in transmission, substation, collection and distribution design, major equipment specification, power system studies, and system protection and control is required; renewable generation project design experience is preferred. Office-based role with some travel.
