About the role
Production Engineer needed for SeAH Wind’s XXL monopile manufacturing facility in Middlesbrough. The role reports to the Engineering and Technical Manager and is responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes and engineering requirements at project level, supporting production efficiency, quality, utilisation, tooling, process controls, safety culture, tendering, and bids. Duties include planning and coordinating production engineering activities, improving manufacturing processes, diagnosing and resolving production issues, supporting production and maintenance, conducting benchmarking and root cause analysis, preparing reports and presentations, supporting equipment tendering, and managing quality systems (ISO 9001:2015). Requirements include a relevant manufacturing or engineering degree, MS Office proficiency, experience in engineering and manufacturing environments, CAD knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in monopile or wind turbine industries as an advantage.
