HSE Supervisor role supporting the development, management, and improvement of the site/field/vessel HSE Management System across all phases. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company HSE standards, local legislation, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and client requirements; advising vessel management and workforce on HSE procedures; implementing Life Saving Rules; supporting HSE risk assessments, job safety analyses, and risk control measures; delivering HSE training; assisting with accident and incident investigations; coordinating HSE officers; and monitoring HSE reporting and corrective actions. Requirements include a master's or bachelor's degree, B2 English and Portuguese, and at least 5 years of offshore production plants (upstream) experience.
