Responsibilities include supervising construction from pre-construction through commissioning and grid connection, coordinating EPC contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams, supporting EPC tenders and contract negotiation, handling secondary permitting, evaluating variations and change orders, and monitoring budget, costs, risks, and progress. The role may also be assigned as Responsible for Works under applicable Italian regulations. Requirements include solid experience in utility-scale Solar PV construction, civil, electrical, and electromechanical works, knowledge of Italian HSE regulations, and willingness to travel frequently.
