Teamlead (m/f/d) blade repair. Permanent employment contract, attractive salary, increased meal allowances for activities abroad and on longer rotations, and a company fitness program. Requirements include completed vocational training as laminator, painter, boat builder or similar; familiarity with platforms such as Käufer or similar or IRATA Level 3; prior leadership experience or general experience in wind energy; driving license class B or higher; willingness to travel; fluent English.
