Health and Safety Manager role based in Glasgow, reporting to the Health & Safety Director. The position supports the development and implementation of health and safety policy, strategy, and operating plans across the business, with responsibility for management system improvement, safety culture, reporting and dashboards, business improvement plans, budgets, and operational objectives. The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders and leading a team of Health and Safety Consultants. Requirements include degree level education or equivalent experience, NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, working knowledge of international safety standards and ISO 45001/45003, and an understanding of the renewable industry. Membership of IOSH is desirable.
