Responsibilities include working with customers, engineering, R&D, and production teams; translating customer needs into technical specifications; supporting product development from concept through testing, validation, and market introduction; contributing to fire, acoustic, and performance testing programmes; acting as a technical expert; and monitoring market trends and emerging technologies. Requirements include a degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, Design Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline; experience in shipbuilding, marine interiors, technical materials, or product development environments; and strong communication, stakeholder management, and R&D experience.
