About the role
UTM Consultants are seeking a Client Representative for an export cable load-out scope in Sweden. The project starts on 3 January 2027 and is expected to last approximately 20 weeks. The role involves maintaining daily records of installation activities, ensuring procedures and risk assessments are followed, supporting safety and quality, preparing and distributing daily progress reports, reviewing RA/MS and QHSE documents, attending meetings and toolbox talks, witnessing cable load-out and handling at quayside, participating in safety walks, and completing incident and safety reporting. Mandatory requirements include GWO Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness and Manual Handling; HUET, STCW 2010, OPITO or BOSIET, and EBS; a medical certificate including Chester Step; and IOSH Managing Safely or similar HSE training. Marine awareness qualifications are recommended, along with at least two years of relevant experience.
