About the role
Packaged Equipment Mechanical Engineer role supporting a standardized biomethane reverse compression project, including desalting and water treatment plant package equipment. Responsibilities include equipment design definition, basis of design development, mechanical data sheets and equipment lists, equipment requisitions, vendor engagement, technical bid evaluations, engineering calculations, piping and 3D model reviews, HAZOP and design reviews, estimating support, and delivery through FEED/FID stages. Requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional membership, and experience with package equipment in EPC, energy, process, oil & gas, petrochemical, biogas, biomethane, hydrogen, or related industries.
