About the role
Construction Manager required for a major £200 million compressor station project in Wormington, Gloucestershire. This contract role is outside IR35 and involves leading site construction activities, managing subcontractors, coordinating resources and interfaces, and ensuring safe, compliant delivery through the pre-construction and construction phases. The position requires substantial experience in large-scale EPC projects, ideally within UK high-pressure gas infrastructure or other regulated, safety-critical heavy engineering environments. Strong contract, cost and programme awareness, experience with NEC or similar contracts, and senior site health and safety competence are essential. SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely is ideally held. The role involves working with a Project Leadership Team and travelling between sites during the week.
