About the role
Q ENERGY is seeking an HSQE Specialist to support construction and operational activities in Portugal, including PV plants, wind farms, battery storage, and other renewable energy projects. The role provides HSQE support both on-site and at the Lisbon or Porto office, covering legal and corporate compliance, risk management, internal audits, site inspections, internal training, and implementation of QHSE management system standards. Responsibilities include leading HQSE activities for PV project delivery, acting as the onsite HQSE expert, conducting inspections and audits, supporting procedures and tools, coordinating incident reporting and investigations, overseeing training and environmental compliance, and ensuring compliance with Portuguese HSE legislation. The position requires a degree in HSQE Management or related certification, at least 5 years of relevant experience, internal auditing experience, and knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 processes as an advantage. English and Portuguese are required; Spanish is a plus.
