About the role
RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is offering a full-time, fixed-term 13-month Year in Industry placement in Social Value Coordination starting in July 2027. The role is based in Mostyn, Flintshire, with a hybrid arrangement of three days per week onsite. The placement provides experience in offshore wind and wider renewables, social value delivery, stakeholder management, project management, report writing, qualitative analysis, and presentations. Responsibilities include supporting the Future Bright programme, coordinating with community fund administrators and external parties, collecting and analyzing data, and participating in community and stakeholder events. Applicants should be enrolled in a relevant degree course and be eligible for a year in industry placement, with strong communication skills, the ability to manage deadlines, and competency in Microsoft Office. Training includes a Global Wind Organisation certificate, Wind Turbine Safety Rules training, and in-house technical training.
