Northern Marine Group is seeking a Senior Crewing Officer to join the NMMS Manning team. The role is responsible for crewing operations across offshore vessels, ensuring appropriate manning and maintaining personnel documentation and certification requirements. It supports the wider crewing team, liaises with clients and operational stakeholders, and helps ensure compliance across offshore operations. Responsibilities include managing personnel matters for seafarers, supporting manpower planning, coordinating with offshore operations and technical departments, maintaining personnel files and crewing databases, supporting disciplinary processes, coordinating training requirements, participating in audits, and contributing to reporting and management meetings. The role requires significant experience in offshore crewing, including support for offshore units, dive support vessels or wind farm vessels, as well as knowledge of offshore crewing operations, scheduling, manpower planning, and maritime HR legislation.
