Project HSE Manager - Development & Construction (Japan) for RWE Renewables Japan G.K. Full-time, permanent role based in Tokyo, Japan. The Project HSE Manager is responsible for overall HSE performance across a major offshore wind project through development, construction, and handover to operations. The role leads the project HSE team, drives contractor HSE performance, ensures compliance with Japanese HSE laws and environmental regulations, manages inspections and audits with Japanese authorities, and supports safe project delivery and continuous improvement. Requirements include a degree in a relevant field, NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, strong knowledge of Japanese HSE legislation, at least 5 years of HSE experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or offshore/energy projects, senior HSE leadership experience, and fluency in Japanese and English.
