Cadeler is seeking a Crewing Coordinator to support vessel crew allocation and offshore operations in the offshore wind industry. Responsibilities include coordinating crew schedules, travel and accommodation bookings, assisting with offshore crew induction and documentation, supporting recruitment campaigns, advising on resourcing needs, maintaining HR databases and crew certification records, supporting audits, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on crew change requirements. The role requires 4+ years of office experience, preferably in crew coordination, strong Microsoft Office skills, strong communication skills in English and Danish, and the ability to work in a structured way under pressure. Knowledge of Compas or Omega is an advantage.
