Drilling Superintendent – Semi-Submersible for a long-term PAYE contract based in Aberdeen. The role involves planning and executing well engineering activities across plug and abandonment operations, development and well lifecycle projects, subsea and platform well operations, and multi-asset campaigns in complex offshore environments. Candidates should have significant Drilling Superintendent experience, strong UKCS operational knowledge, exposure to mobile unit operations including P&A, experience across multiple well projects, strong planning and problem-solving skills, excellent stakeholder communication and coordination, and strong leadership and technical capability. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK unassisted.
