Chronos Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major EPC cross-country pipeline projects in the UAE. Responsibilities include project execution in line with ADNOC EHS and quality standards, management of budgets, progress, billing, cash flow and profitability, leadership of multidisciplinary site teams, coordination with Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Finance and HR, management of client and consultant relationships, contractual matters and claims, risk mitigation, and representation in client and project review meetings. Requirements include a B.E./B.Tech, 20+ years of experience in UAE oil and gas EPC cross-country pipelines, strong technical, commercial and project leadership experience, ADNOC approval, and strong knowledge of UAE pipeline regulations, stakeholders and market.
