Junior Operations Coordinator role based in the Rotterdam area, Netherlands, within the Operations & QHSE team. The position is responsible for coordinating daily offshore operations and the full operational cycle of assigned vessels, including planning, mobilization, execution, and demobilization. Duties include monitoring charter and offshore project execution, supporting QHSE compliance and audit preparations, maintaining schedules and system data, identifying operational deviations, contributing to process improvements, visiting vessels when needed, and supporting pre-contract input for Chartering and Commercial teams. The role requires an MBO or HBO degree in Maritime Studies or a related field, 2–3 years of experience in offshore or maritime operations, preferably a nautical background, strong coordination and communication skills in Dutch and English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
