Manager Structured Finance d/f/m at RWE Renewables Japan G.K. in Tokyo. Full-time, permanent role focused on supporting RWE’s offshore wind activities in APAC, including Japan and South Korea. Responsibilities include structuring and executing non-recourse project financings, assessing project bankability, advising on lender requirements and risk allocation, developing financing strategies, leading due diligence and lender engagement, preparing financing deliverables, and coordinating the process through to financial close. The position reports locally in Tokyo and to RWE’s central Structured Finance team in Essen, Germany. Requirements include a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong financial modelling and Excel skills, stakeholder management experience, and fluency in Japanese and English preferred.
